Plot our Places was about identifying and sharing our own scenic views and historic landmarks in the landscape around us. Attempting to highlight these under-represented or everyday spots within a larger audience. Participants took a sign and then found their favorite scenic view or historic location and posted a sign nearby. After placing their sign, participants returned to the custom built website PLOTOURPLACES.COM to locate their place digitally on the interactive map. All participants Titled, described and digitally plotted the exact location of their spot so that future participants in the project could share in their delight when visiting someone else's historic landmark or scenic view.
