All data shared in Rainfall was gathered by Amanda Maciuba in the Summer of 2023 while participating in the Space A International Artist Residency in Kathmandu, Nepal.

Rainfall and temperature amounts were collected using the Apple Weather app.

The Summer of 2023 was the warmest on record globally. In June of 2023 Nepal received below average levels of precipitation. The 2023 global temperature records have since been surpassed by the 2024 averages. 

This book uses handmade Nepali paper from The Peacock Papermaking Factory in Bhaktapur, Nepal.
